- This blog was intended to chronicle Stevie Dee's journey while in the NICU and to honor our son Christopher who passed away a day after they were born. Stevie Dee Hickman & Christopher David Hickman were born on May 11, 2008 at 29 weeks 3 days. Stevie was born at 1:42pm (3 lbs 1 oz 16"), and Christopher followed at 1:43pm (3 lbs 2 oz 16"). Christopher went home to be the Lord at 9:50am on May 12th. After 8.5 weeks in the NICU Stevie Dee came home on July 9, 2008. She is having a blast with her mom and dad, and dog Wheezer.

She is so precious and tiny! Looks like she likes her car seat. So glad she's home at last.

I'm so very happy for you! I know how relieved you must be to have your little angel home at last.
She's beautiful! I pray that God will bless this beautifull soul each day of her life. She's very blessed to have such wonderful, loving parents, and grandparents.
I can't wait to meet Stevie Dee whenever you feel she's ready to meet her adoring fans!!!!
